Tarp & Canopy Delivery Times
All orders are processed between 9 a.m and 5 p.m EST Monday - Friday.
Your Tarp order will be shipped within 1-2 business days however most orders get shipped out on the day of ordering, if purchased before 3 p.m EST.
Your Canopy Order will be shipped within 2-3 business days but can be up to 3-4 days during our busy times.
Please Note : Standard Shipping is only available
Please allow up to 10 business days for you canopy to arrive.
All orders placed over weekends and national holidays are processed next business day.

The amount of time an order is in transit from the time it leaves the Tarpaflex warehouse to the time it reaches a customer will depend on the location of the dispatching depot. Our main depot is in Florida, but also have warehouses in California and Pennsylvania.
All items purchased on our website will be shipped via UPS or Fedex. At checkout, UPS Ground will be the default shipping method. On some occasions the shopping cart will not calculate a shipping rate due to the product being over 150lbs in weight which is the maximum weight for both UPS and FedEx.
For larger canopy sizes, eg. any canopy larger then 12'x12' will be sent out using standard UPS LTL Freight. Please note : All canopies are sent out on Standard Shipping Only Please allow upto 10 business days for your canopy to arrive.
The amount you are charged for shipping will depend on the weight of your order. Please note the shipping rates charged do not necessarily represent UPS published rates and may include handling charges levied by Tarps, Portable Garages, Poly Tarps, Canopies, Party Tents.
Fast Shipping & Service Area
We will endeavor to ship out all our Tarp orders when possible within 24/48 business hours. Furthermore as we are located next door to our local UPS depot we will always try to be accommodating to our customers who want to arrange an Express delivery. Tarpaflex is located in the attractive town of Naples in South West Florida.
We will endeavor to answer all customer emails within the same day 9am-5pm(EST) .Should you have any questions please email email@example.com or tel: 239 643 0877. Tarpaflex does not sell our customer database to any other organisation and all your information is held secure.
Upon order approval, Tarpaflex will ship to any valid street address within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground.
Currently Tarpaflex cannot accept orders to APO or FPO addresses, or destinations outside of the United States and Puerto Rico via our web site. We can accept deliveries to a PO Box address however, this will be carried out by USPS which will result in longer shipping times.
State Tax & Cancellations
Florida residents pay 6% tax, all orders shipped outside of Florida are exempt from paying tax. Should you give wrong address information or want to change a address, this will result in a miss routed package which will incure a $12.00 re delivery fee.
Should you for any reason need to cancel an order after it has been placed on the internet please call us immediately on 239 643 0877 so that you do not incur any charges.
30 Day Limited Warranty
All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of purchase. In the event that you receive your order with a fault or defect, Tarpaflex US LLC will issue a store credit or replace the defective tarp if we are notified within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
This limited warranty is applicable only if defective in workmanship or materials. It does not cover damage due to improper installation, product misuse, wear & tear, wind, rain, snow, ice, fire or any other Act of God.
A picture of the product defect will be required via email prior to arranging the agreed resolution.
The above resolutions of a replacement tarp or store credit are the only remedies applicable. Refunds are not offered on defective goods.
Tarps which are received and have loose or missing grommets will be remedied with a pack of replacement snap n tap grommets. Discretionary tarp replacements may be provided in extreme cases.
Tarpaflex US LLC makes no claims as to the life expectancy of a product, nor does it make any claims as to the suitability of a product for a particular purpose. The only warranty offered by Tarpaflex US LLC is the 30 day limited warranty detailed herein.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you change your mind or made a purchasing error, you may return the goods to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund of the merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will be levied and deducted from the total refund due.
The returned goods must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging. All items will be inspected upon receipt to our warehouse. Items that are returned in a used or soiled condition will be shipped back to you and a refund will not be applied.
The return shipping charge is the responsibility of the buyer and any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
