Shipping times and prices below are applicable to the lower 48 States only. We welcome all orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, however shipping charges do apply to all orders regardless of the order value. All domestic ground orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Any damages or defects must be notified within 30 days from the purchase date. After this time, you assume responsibility of the item and any flaws. Regretfully, due to the size and weight of the packages, Canopy orders require us to ship out via Freight. Freight shipping is chargeable on all Canopy orders and deliveries typically take 3-10 business days. The charges for freight items are based on the weight and this will be calculated within the shopping cart prior to placing your order. Charges vary from $49.00 to $425.00 dependent on the size of the shipment. If, for some reason, your order is oversized, we may contact you via email with a shipping quote that differs from the charges you see during the checkout. We will never ship your order until we have your approval of the new shipping cost and you can reserve your right to cancel if you wish.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Any damages or defects must be notified within 30 days from the purchase date. After this time, you assume responsibility of the item and any flaws. Please review our 30 day warranty policy detailed below for our full terms and conditions.

If you need your order urgently and Ground Shipping just isn’t going to cut it, we will happily quote you for an expedited service via FedEx. We are pleased to offer the following services:

- FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day)
- FedEx 2 Day (2 business days)
- FedEx 3 Day (3 business days)

Please call our sales office on 239-643-0877 for your expedited quote. To ensure your order ships the same day and arrives within the allotted time, please ensure your expedited order is placed before 3pm EST Monday-Friday. Although we will do our utmost to fulfil your order after this time, it is not always possible for us to schedule a late collection and therefore, your order may be dispatched on the next business day.

If you need a tarp, we are happy to supply. All orders to AK, HI and PR do unfortunately attract a shipping charge. We process all orders with you in mind and so only offer the lowest priced shipping services on an order value basis; regretfully we cannot expedite orders to you, sorry!

SHIPPING TO CANADA

To our Canadian friends, we regret that we cannot ship to Canada. Sorry!

PO BOX ADDRESSES

PO BOX ADDRESSES

We use FedEx for all of our deliveries. Because of this, we cannot ship to PO BOX addresses. Please provide a full US street address on your order to avoid any processing delays. If your order is submitted with a PO BOX delivery address, we will hold the order until we can obtain a valid street address.

APO & FPO ADDRESSES

Our military deserves all of our support and we will endeavour to ship out your order via USPS, however, due to the size and weight of some of our products we are restricted as to what we can send. In the event that your order cannot be processed, we will contact you via email confirming the cancellation.

STATE SALES TAX

All orders shipping within the State of Florida will be charged 6% Sales Tax. All other shipping destinations are exempt.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure when you place your order that you provide the correct shipping address. If you need to change the address, you must contact us immediately. In the event that your order has already been shipped, you will be charged a reroute charge of $12.00. This isn't something we like to do, however it is a charge that we incur from FedEx and so we have to pass this charge on.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you have placed an order in error, or you have simply changed your mind and you wish to cancel your order, we urge you to contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on our speedy handling time and most orders are shipped with 2 business days. If you wish to cancel your order and it has already been shipped out, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover any charges that have been incurred. This fee will be deducted from the refund due.

30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of purchase. In the event that you receive your order with a fault or defect, Tarpaflex US LLC will issue a store credit or replace the defective tarp if we are notified within thirty (30) days from the purchase date. After this time, you assume responsibility of the item and any flaws.

This limited warranty is applicable only if defective in workmanship or materials. It does not cover damage due to improper installation, product misuse, wear & tear, wind, rain, snow, ice, fire or any other Act of God.

A picture of the product defect will be required via email prior to arranging the agreed resolution.

The above resolutions of a replacement tarp or store credit are the only remedies applicable. Refunds are not offered on defective goods.

Tarps which are received and have loose or missing grommets will be remedied with a pack of replacement snap 'n' tap grommets. Discretionary tarp replacements may be provided in extreme cases.

Tarpaflex US LLC makes no claims as to the life expectancy of a product, nor does it make any claims as to the suitability of a product for a particular purpose. The only warranty offered by Tarpaflex US LLC is the 30 day limited warranty detailed herein.

RETURNS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you change your mind or have made a purchasing error, you may return the goods to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund of the merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will be levied and deducted from the total refund due.

The returned goods must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging. All items will be inspected upon receipt to our warehouse and any items that are returned in a used or soiled condition will be shipped back to you and a refund will not be applied.

The return shipping charge is the responsibility of the buyer and any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
